Fully humanize antibody drugs have become the inevitable trend of development of antibody drugs industry. However, there are still some flaws in the existing technology of the fully humanized technology.
Different from the existing technology, our company use a reverse chimeric antibody transgenic mice technology which have the human antibody binding sites and mouse constant region to produce the antibodies for targeted therapy cancer. This will overcome the inadequate antibody rearrangement of transgenic mice, to produce new human – mouse chimeric antibody with human antibody framework expression vector ( such as the aforementioned expression vector of patents ), will develop a better function of fully humanized antibody.
The fully humanized antibody technology occupies in the lead world wildly, so it will attribute the technological innovation of our novel antibody drugs and provide relative CRO service in the future.
